Flake graphite as a functional filler coating is mainly used for anti-corrosion coatings, fire retardant coatings and conductive coatings.

The coating has the characteristics of anti-corrosion medium penetration, small curing residual stress, good resistance to matrix deformation cracking, stable construction performance and long-term electrostatic conductivity. It can be used for conductive electrostatic coating on the inner wall of crude oil storage tank. According to data reports, the use of chemical plating technology on graphite powder plating metal, such as copper, nickel, silver and other composite conductive filler, with 30% of the amount used in conductive coatings, not only its conductivity is very good, and further improve the corrosion resistance.
